At Marhaba Aroma, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review the return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Timeframe: Initiate the return within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (including seals, wrapping, or tags).
  • Proof of Purchase: Include a valid order number or receipt with your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perfume products, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Sale items or those bought with promotional discounts.
  • Gift cards or e-gift certificates. Please choose carefully when ordering these items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us First
    Email contact@maehabaaroma.live with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval
    We’ll review your request and send return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Ship the Product
    You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  4. Inspection & Refund
    Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

  • Returns that don’t meet the criteria (used, damaged, or unsealed items) won’t be accepted.
  • We do not offer exchanges. To get a different item, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
